What to expect

Step one: Enquiry

Get in touch through our contact form or arrange an appointment over the phone to visit our design studio and discuss your vision. From there, we can select a time that suits you.

Step two: Design

Visit our design studio and meet with one of our specialists. They will guide you through our comprehensive selection of high-quality windows and doors to complement your home’s architecture. Utilise our in-studio visualisation tool to explore various design options.

Step three: Proposal

Following your design consultation, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining the recommended window and door solutions, along with detailed specifications and a transparent breakdown of costs.

Step four: Survey

Once you have approved the proposal, a final survey will be conducted to ensure accurate measurements of your project. This meticulous approach guarantees a smooth and efficient installation process.

Step five: Installation

Our highly skilled installation team will handle the entire process, including removing your existing windows and doors. They will then expertly install your chosen products. Upon completion, they will leave your home clean and ready for you to enjoy.

Our design studio is open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm, strictly by appointment only.
